This blog is dedicated to Pokemon and confessions from the fans!
Be sure to read the rules before submits! And remember to respect your fellow fans!
Also! If you want me to post that you've confessed something (I.E. link your username/blog into the confession) please let me know! Otherwise, I will leave you as an anonymous confessor!
I want another rival like Gary/Blue - always one step ahead of you, similar goals, and a good strong team.
Serena is kind of like that, but I want my rival to beat me to the Elite Four again, and become Champion.

I think people underestimate how wonderful the Pokemon fandom is outside of what they may see on tumblr.
As a fanfiction writer of Pokemon Special fanficiton I can honestly say that I have received no better feedback, and the people who read what I write for Pokemon are honestly the nicest reviewers I ever get. Even 4 years after I wrote my most well known story, people are still sharing it and commenting on it and it really means a lot as a writer to know that something that I worked really hard on is still loved. I do not get this response for any other fandoms that I write for.
On tumblr I think a lot of outsiders see us as crazy people who shun how the anime has changed, and become rabid over the release over new games. While there are people like this, we are so much more.
Pokemon fans can literally be the nicest fans because we’ve been there before. Whether we come from the show, the games, or the manga we are long lasting and can withstand anything that comes our way, which is why after seventeen years of products we still stand strong. Even though everyone knows us and knows what we love, in the 8 years of being a fan I’ve never seen the Pokemon fandom start a fight.
Even though we have our differences between us we can still band together because this is a world that we have made our own. We create our own characters, give our pokemon names and personalities, trade pokemon from around the world. We have a bond that few other fandoms have.
So even though people may think we’re crazy, they just haven’t seen what we have seen. They do not know what we know.
I’m sorry if this is long winded or doesn’t make any sense. I’m sending this in unedited. This is just my honest thoughts about how great the pokemon fandom is.
No matter how many new series come out and how many new Pokemon come out, whenever they ask me to pick a starter… I always want Squirtle.
I hate the way the fandom portrays Yellow.
Instead of portraying her as a cute, shy little girl, they portray her as some princess, shipping bait, or some (sex) godess. Good job, fandom. Good job.
While I am in the midst of getting confessions rolling again, I’ve a favor to ask!
Does anyone have a grass type safari with a Sawsbuck in it? If so, would you please note me and we can exchange friend codes. I’ve been looking for this specific safari for months.
If you’d like to just flat out register me, my safari is ground type though I don’t know what’s in it. Just note the friend codes and I’ll get back to them as soon as I can~.
Mewtwo is the reason I got into Pokemon
Oh Steven!! <3
I can’t stand to ship Steven Stone with anyone but myself..
Nothing bothers me more than when I see ordinary trainers using legendary pokemon in the anime.
Why? Well, these pokemon are “legendary” for a reason. Seeing ordinary trainers having caught them in the anime just implies that there are more of them, putting those legendary pokemon on the same level as a regular pokemon or a pseudo legendary. It takes away their magic for me.
I really don’t like the way some of the fandom treats Ruby from Pokemon Adventures.
I’ve noticed that lot of fan-fictions use sexist and homophobic language towards him and it’s not okay. We know Ruby is a boy who likes to sew and knit and he likes cute things and Pokemon Contests but it’s incredibly offensive and ignorant when people call him as a “sissy girl” and a “homo” just because he likes things that can be considered “feminine”. Seriously, just stop doing that.

I didn’t think Charizard was overrated until I saw a huge amount of merchandising of it at Spencer’s.
